The first step in any potential scanning or digitisation project is we always offer to meet and view the project.
Over the past 30 years, we have worked with virtually every sector of business and organisation throughout the UK.
Rarely are any two projects ever the same, we therefore tailor our services to meet your needs.
1 - Face to face meeting
We will establish what and why you wish to scan / digitise your archive. What sort of material is it? What are your future plans for the data?
2 - Scanning / Digitisation
We will establish which of our scanners will best suit your needs.

3 - Data Entry / Indexing / Naming
How do you currently search and retrieve the information?
How can we improve on that?
4 - Completion
How do you wish the scans and data delivered to you?
Do you wish items returned, stored or shredded?
What happens next, is tailored to meet your needs.
Once you have received your scans, we will then hold the originals for a minimum of 4 weeks. Allowing you and your team time to review details, quality and accuracy.
We will then contact you with some choices.

Confidential Shredding
We will securely shred all originals to industry standard BS EN 15713. A certificate of destruction will be provided to you.

Archive Storage
Should you wish to retain the originals for longer, you can arrange to continue to store within our own onsite secure warehouse facility.

Boxes Returned
We can return the original files to you.
